1. check laser's crystal. fine. delay problem due to regen. maybe caused by pockel cell.
2. delta n=10^-4 can simulate circularly polarized THz pulse. Need to rethink the logic of rotational THz.
3. Need to tune the collection set-up of THz emission from single color plasma.
